Custom Orders and Services
As all our products and web design services are personalised or custom-made, we do not offer refunds. Once an item or service is ordered, it cannot be resold to others. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your decision before making any payments or deposits.

Website Approval
Upon completion of your website, you will have the opportunity to review the design and ensure everything is functioning correctly. Once you approve the website and request it to be uploaded, made live, or launched, you confirm that you are satisfied with the final result. Any changes requested after this point will incur additional charges at the standard rate.

Website Completion Timeline
Website completion and upload typically take between 5 to 10 working days, depending on when full payment is received and all required information is provided. Delays in submission may extend the timeline.

Proof Approval for Print
Before printing any item, we will send a proof for your approval, unless you have provided a ready-to-print design. Once you approve the proof, no changes can be made. Please carefully check all details to ensure accuracy before giving your approval.

Non-Refundable Website Design and Hosting Fees
Both website design and hosting fees are non-refundable, as these services are tailored to your business and hosting is purchased specifically for your website.

Order Tracking for Print Items
If you have not received your printed items within 7–10 working days, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.

FTP Details
We do not provide FTP details to clients. Our websites are custom-built with additional coding and work within our own hosting environment. Providing FTP access may lead to accidental data loss, and we want to avoid this risk.

Website Transfer
If you wish to transfer your website and hosting to another company, we charge a fee for this service. The fee covers the necessary configurations to ensure compatibility with other hosting providers.

Client Responsibility for Provided Content
If you provide images, text, or animations for your website, you are responsible for ensuring that these materials do not infringe any copyright laws. Any legal consequences related to this content are the responsibility of the client.

SEO Services Disclaimer
If you purchase SEO services, please note that we cannot guarantee your website’s ranking on Google or the specific position it will achieve. It may take anywhere from 3 months to 12 months for your website to rank for the chosen keywords. No refunds are provided for SEO services.

Website Attribution
All websites we design will include a link in the footer directing back to our website as part of our standard design and branding.
